Use and characteristic
It is a oil laminating machine of bridge type and applied to paste the BOPP film to the surface of the printed matter.The machine can coat the film with factice.Then the drying tunnel dries electrically and volatilizes the solvent in the gumwater. The film will be adhered to the surface of the paper by hot roller pressing.The whole process is finished as the following sequence continuouly.They are man reading paper,laminating film, coating glue,drying,pressing and winding.The speed can be adusted steplessly.The laminated print-paper of which the surface is birght in colour has the advantages of high transparency,strong bond fasteness and sense of third dimension, waterproof,keeping clean,increasing the strength of the paper,etc.This machine is widely used for mounting the film for books,new years’ pictures,calendars,cards,covers of books,product samples,packing-boxesIt is the ideal equipment which can enhance the quility of the printed matter.
